At Beauty Vibe Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested beauty and cosmetic products.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Be in their original packaging.

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review your claim.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used beauty products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
