We work with trusted third-party fulfillment partners, including Zendrop, which means shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, orders are likely already processed or fulfilled and cannot be canceled.
If your order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
